Do I still have my insurance policy with Erie Insurance (or MetLife, Progressive, etc)?
Yes, the merger into S&S Insurance does not change your policy with the insurance carrier (ERIE Insurance). The policies that were being serviced by your previous agent has been transferred to S&S Insurance for the servicing on behalf of the Insurance carrier.

I don’t know anyone at S&S Insurance, can I meet the new people?

Where do I send my insurance premiums?
You continue to send your premiums directly to the insurance carrier (Erie Insurance, MetLife, Progressive, etc).
Will my premiums change as a result of S&S Insurance being my new agency?
The agency has no ability to change the rate on policies, this is solely the responsibility of the insurance carriers. There are many factors that go into the rating of your policy, and we will be able to discuss why your premium may have changed. We can also discuss ways to mitigate any adjustments that have occurred. (ie. Increasing your deductible or bundling your coverages).
