Our Growing Family
S&S Insurance occasionally will merge or acquire the business of another agency in the local area. In July of 2020, this happened with West End Insurance. We look forward to learning more about you and showing you how we can provide you great service for all your insurance needs. This page is to help you understand questions you may have between the merger between West End & S&S Insurance. Welcome to the family!
Common Asked Questions
Do I still have my insurance policy with Erie Insurance (or MetLife, Progressive, etc)?
Yes, the merger into S&S Insurance does not change your policy with the insurance carrier (ERIE Insurance). The policies that were being serviced by your previous agent has been transferred to S&S Insurance for the servicing on behalf of the Insurance carrier.
What phone number do I use to ask a question about my policy?
To reach our staff, you can still dial (865) 806-5390 or (615) 943-4962. These numbers will connect you with our licensed staff to answer questions on your policy, make changes, or any other matters related to your policy.
I don’t know anyone at S&S Insurance, can I meet the new people?
We enjoy when clients come and meet us! Too often these days we handle things over the phone or in email, we enjoy face to face interactions and getting to know our customers. Please stop by our office located at 625 Main Street, Suite 105, Nashville, TN 37206.
Where do I send my insurance premiums?
You continue to send your premiums directly to the insurance carrier (Erie Insurance, MetLife, Progressive, etc).
Will my premiums change as a result of S&S Insurance being my new agency?
The agency has no ability to change the rate on policies, this is solely the responsibility of the insurance carriers. There are many factors that go into the rating of your policy, and we will be able to discuss why your premium may have changed. We can also discuss ways to mitigate any adjustments that have occurred. (ie. Increasing your deductible or bundling your coverages).
