As I’ve been looking to expand my business, Eric has been a huge resource – he takes the time to sit down and really understand your needs, asking questions and truly taking an interest in making sure your potential issues are all covered properly. He put together an in-depth proposal and went over all of the coverages and answered many, many questions (seriously – I ask a lot of questions). He also took the time to lay out other options that were available, and why he was recommending certain things over others. Overall, if you are in need of insurance coverage for anything, I can’t recommend Eric and his team at S&S enough. Top notch service and a wonderful customer experience!
